The Queens Borough Public Library (Queens Library) is a body politic and corporate, incorporated by an Act of Incorporation of the New York State Legislature inwhich merged the Queens Borough Library, a not-for-profit corporation incorporated by the Regents of the University of the State of New York, into it.
